General conditions
The prices are per person per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights and include: VAT, buffet breakfast, outdoor parking, free WI-FI connection, heated ski storage with ski-boot dryer.
To the indicated prices will be added a local tourist tax of € 2,30 per person/day for guests aged over 14. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated in the invoice/receipt.
Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation.

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.
The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:
Rooms are available from 14:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departur
Rooms:
Smoking is not allowed in all the rooms, bathrooms and common areas.
For hygiene reasons dogs and other domestic animals are not accepted. Thank you for comprehension.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:
- cash for total amount up to € 4.999,99 by the day before departure;
- by bank transfer (in this case the entire payment for your stay should be transferred before your arrival);
- by bank check (in this case, please hand over the check within the day after arrival);
- by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:
- if the cancellation is communicated 60 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
- if the cancellation is communicated between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price is charged;
- if the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 50% of the total price is charged;
- less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.
